1. What We Collect
We collect: your location (when you allow it), your age group preference, language, interests, and the questions you ask. We do not require your name or email unless you sign up for an institution account.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: personalize narration, improve M. through analytics, and help institutions understand visitor engagement. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Retention
Visitor session data is retained for 90 days for analytics purposes, then deleted. Institution account data is retained as long as the account is active.
4. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time. Contact us at hello@m.guide with your session ID or account email.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit. All data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU with automatic backups.
6. Children's Privacy
M. is designed for all ages. For users under 13, we collect minimal data and do not use persistent identifiers.
